Unfortunately, it falls short of OTK as it maxes at 70 damage in 1 hand -> 5 parallels, weapon, flying weapon, blitz. Still, thats quite a whalop and you'll have some ugly CC.
Still testing to see if 4 eye and 2 lobo is better, and if mark / pend reverse is more effective.

Those Lobotomizers are out of place here, since Flying Owls provide more than enough CC then needed.

Only reason for lobo is vs vooddo dolls, particularly w/ butterfly effect. Much more sane to cut out the brain than deal with the pain... rather situational now that I think about it.
