I've played around with the deck a little - I really like the concept, the struggle I've found is that it can be slow to get off the mark and either high HP creatures or weapons are very challenging for the deck to deal with.
You need to have 2 dry spell and a graveyard and have played Aflatoxin and waited for it to fill the field - and there's not much stall the deck provides to get you to that point. It's all combo component's, or win condition. I was forced on a couple occasions to use bolts (your win condition) as CC to give me an extra turn or two. The problem at that point is I can no longer win, because I used my win condition to buy me the extra turns.
I don't feel like I'm being too helpful, while I do really like the deck idea, I don't see much hope of making it work unupped. Upped or at least partially upped it may be a different story.
