The idea is simple. You accelerate an armagio and adrenaline him. In the first few rounds he will attack multiple times, doing nice damage and growing to be beastly very very fast. Once you have one or two accelerated armagios out, the rest are used for stalling the enemy. Advanced CC includes accelerating your enemies so they lose their ability, deal damage to you, and eventually die, it will take some prctice to know when it's worth doing this. You can also adrenaline these low hp accelerated enemies to kill them much faster and for less overall damage.

The uppgraded version is even better.

Your creatures grow even faster with the mighty overdrive, your armagios have 2 damage, making them noticabley better for pure adrenaline when you don't draw any overdrives, your armagios have slightly more hp for stalling, the extra quanta from towers speeds up play considerabley, adrenaline is cheaper also speeding up play and allowing a gravity mark.

Quanta always seems to be difficult to perfect, use of pendulums seems to slow down the life quanta significantly either way you look at it, and it's important to have adren as soon as possible, as the first few rounds of overdrive are when it does the most.

I have no clue what you're talking about. Have you tried mostly Life Pendulums with a few Gravity Towers/Pendulums and Gravity mark?

life and gravity have some nice combos but i don't feel like you get the true advantages.
i'm not a big fan of overdrive and adrealine, i feel like it's a waste of quanta as the adrealine will most likely work for only one or 2 turns. but it's still nice to work with, it's effective with 7 attack momentumed chargers and you can use it on armagios with 2 attack, when you use it with momentum you'll get a solid 3 attack wich'll give 12 damage a turn. when working with life i'm also thinking of mitosis as it's realy fun with chargers or armagios as it can be a gamebreaking card.
let's go to the actual modding of the deck:
i removed some overdrives and armagios, i feel like 6 are overkill.
i changed the mark to life, removed all towers for a couple of pends for a better quanta balance.
removed 2 adrealines.
what did i add? 2 mitosis, 3 chargers and a titan.
this way you're able to do way more with the deck, you have more ways of attacking and i feel like you have more options to do with the deck.
the adrealine can still be used with armagio and overdrive, you can use adrealine on chargers and overdrive on armagios or just use them as shields.
when you get a mitosis and you have quanta to spare? use it on an armagio for more defence or on the chargers for more damage, it all depends on the situation and feel free to mod around with it as you can do many things ;).

For the upgraded version, I don't see why you changed the mark. You still have an incredibly high chance of epinephrines clogging up your hand, with only 4 pillars.
Also, for both versions, I suggest - 1 or 2 Overdrive and - 1 or 2 Epinephrine, and replacing them with more pillars. Also, that would allow you to use some of the armagios for defense.
It is the greatest mystery of all...
