I really like the idea, and I was trying to make something similar... I ended Up thinking that RoL/Hope would still be superior, by the way, I like this version a lot more than the one I ended up with.
I'd add at least 1 hope since you want really bad to draw hope otherwise you have no protection, adding one jade dragon(+ mitosis would be crazy good and he could also take part in the strategy) could be wise to adjust the extra life quanta you will have when you start playing luciferins, nymph costs too much to be useful in the early she surely gets reasonably good late but in my opinion nine times out of ten 3 luciferin are enough.
Reassuming my thoughts I'd say: -2 Nymphs + 1 Hope + 1 Jade Dragon
