Similar to some air/aether decks I've seen that use the phase spider + wings combo except this uses flesh spider

Ok, so you want to use an easy combo of wings + flesh spiders. You have the basic idea, but you are trying to fit too much into one deck as it stands. For this we want to focus just on wings + spiders with some dragons for damage or poison.

1st off, your deck is too big with 48 cards so our first thing we should do is decrease the deck size to about 30-35 cards. To do this we remove the 4 wryms (44) the soul catcher and bonewall (42), the 2 virus (40), the dagger (39), the 2 bone dragons (37), 2 thunderstorms (5), 2 dragonflies (33), 1 azure dragon(32), 2 poison(30). So, we are now looking at a version like this:

Our quantum balance is extremely high in both sections (air/death), this is our next focus. We want to balance our air/death usage now, so we focus on our pillars/pends. Lets remove all those air pillars because we don't need that excess air. Lets add 2 more air pends and put in 4 poison for offense  and we have 2 extra spaces left. Lets put them to good use and add 2 shockwaves for CC (creature control). Now, lets remove 2 wings because we don't need 30 turns of stalling when 20 is just fine since you start out with 23 after the first draw and it takes a turn or two to get your quantum up, lets replace these wings with 2 more poison because we want a strong poison counter building up for damage. Our final copy of the deck looks like:
