Pretty much explains itself. It's more random than those other SoSe Rainbows, but has only 4 SoSes because SNs are the only producer of Non-Entropy/Time Elements
SoSe=Randomness
SNs-Quanta Producing, powers SoRs
Entropy Pends-Good for getting turn 1 or turn 2 SNs, and you'll be getting a some Entropy cards from SoSe anyways.
Fate Eggs-Main damage source, but still random. Also a good target for BE if you get it from SoSe.
SoR-Use them to instantly hatch Fate Eggs into twin creatures, use it on a BE'ed Fate Egg for PC, or use it on whatever you want that has a high skill cost.
HGs-Card advantage.
Notes-
Completely random, you could get nothing but 1/1s the entire game, or you can get a pair of ruby dragons on turn one. Depends on chance.
No reliable PC, SoSe is the only way to get it
Weapons/Shields from SoSe
Susceptible to Black Hole(Then again, what SoSe deck without sanc isn't)
