The concept is to get a shard of patience out ASAP, then lay down lots of creatures and let them grow til you can KO your opponent. Protect artifact is there to make sure all that pesky permanent control doesn't rain on your parade. The wardens and octopuses are there for their powerful CC while they are growing. The Gemfinders give a huge boost to your earth quanta generation, as well as growing themselves. Granite skins will help you stall with an HP boost. The purifies are for dealing with what poison may have slipped through as you were setting up. The diamond shields offer additional defense from weapons and anything else you can't CC at the moment.

This deck should be resistant to PC and most forms of CC because of the constantly growing HP of your creatures. Early quanta control can slow you down if it comes in large amounts. If they can chain stall you for a good long while after you are ready to attack, they could potentially deck you out. Aether is your biggest threat because immaterial creatures are immune to your CC, and chaining phase shields can potentially deck you out or stall long enough for their creatures to bring you down.

Thoughts or suggestions? I suspect it may be a little bloated, but I'm not sure what should be cut, if anything.

It would really help if we knew where yo planned on using this deck the most ? Is it your arena grinding ? If so what  part of arena ? Or is this your vs AI4 list ?

Also , why did you make the list 51 cards ?

I suppose this is a deck focused on fighting the AI, any AI. Maybe it could be used for pvp too? I'm not really sure. I was kinda hoping that would be part of the feedback, honestly  :-[. I'm not an expert at the different styles.

As for stopping at 51 cards, I just picked what I thought would work and it kinda just ended up at 51.

6xProtect Artifact really is overkill. Maybe just one or two Granite Skin, Protect Artifact and Purify each will be sufficient, since they're each fairly situational, but I wouldn't take any of the latter unless going for arena. The much smaller deck means you can afford to take fewer SoP, too, which is a good thing because any copies you draw after the first one is dead. Also, you probably can't pay for six copies of Arctic Octopus; if you're just putting six copies in because they're cheap creatures, there are better ones (like Antlion, which can burrow and unburrow for quicker increases in attack). With quick pillar/pend rebalancing:

Alternatively, do you like SoI? It might help make use of all those extra copies of Shard of Patience.

I'd replace an Octopus with a Poseidon ^_^

That was also my first thought . Water/Earth without Poseidon makes the Greek God of the ocean  :(

I am loving all this feedback. Gonna add that Poseidon and tuck the code away for when I have all the cards.

Also, it could be a decent idea, change the diamond shield, with permafrost. Damage blocking wise, it's worse, but then, you can freeze creatures by simply existing...
A 0/2 mutant with immaterial? Golden! :/

Very fat. SoP+wardens and SoP+squids are good decks by themselves. I wouldn't advise adding trident as that will only add even more space to the deck. I'd say to definitely cut down the size and to focus either on squids or wardens.
