Apologies for the double post and necro, but I've been looking at this deck recently and I reckon I've managed to make it fairly decent:

The biggest problem seemed to be the very high QI, and I've managed to bring it down to ~5.6 for both air and entropy. I've dropped one of the Butterfly Effects, because one should be enough to eventually break through any permanent based stalls, and removed a couple of Dragonflies, which were masquerading as air pillars. I needed that fifth abomination for a little bit of extra power and speed, with 31 cards to round it out in case you get a chance for a deckout.
Games can still be radically different from one another depending on your initial draw, but you should have enough factors in your hand to produce something to your advantage. Between the Owl's Eye, Butterfly Effect and using Mutation on your own creatures you've got a bit of room to adapt what you're facing.
