You could get rid of the Dragon and add another Maxwell so that you have a higher chance of easy CC.

I disagree. Your entire mark relies on one card. If you don't draw that one card, the mark is completely useless.

A useless mark is much worse than a semi-useless card.

I suggest that you when you can, replace the mutation with fallen elves, and maybe replace the novas with quantum pillars. but that's closer to what i run, maybe i'll post it later.

I doubt Novas are really necessary. You might want to consider dropping them for 2 more elves
