I wouldn't call this deck completely finished, as I didn't tinker with it that much. However, it's done well against rainbows and non-rainbows in the t50, so it's usable. The key combo is fire buckler+protect. This is a great combo against rainbows. I put shriekers in because they can burrow, since most rainbows have lots of creature control. You might take dragons instead; they cost four more quanta but get a great bonus in health, so you don't need to worry about immortal oty's. The explosions help against any weapons/shields that might be a problem, or if they get a bad start you can use them on a pillar. You don't really need to worry about hourglasses against a rainbow, since most rainbows aren't capable of countering without the right combos, and burrow/firestorm can take care of most of them. You might consider switching marks and/or removing a burning tower and adding a stone tower, since I usually had excess fire and low amounts of earth. You may also consider splashing time and using graboids. One other possibility is using diamond shields instead, then you only have to watch out for FQ's. Anyway, it's very customizable.

I would prefer a protected pulverizer over fahrenheits. It would do wonders for controlling permanents. If you get it early enough you can start playing pillar denial.

That requires gravity quanta. And then you may as well go with SG's anti-rainbow, which is almost completely earth.
