The typical beginner doesn't have 2 arsenics...
For it to be a "beginner rush deck" replace them with poison, then put a footnote that says "replace poisons with arsenics as you get them."

A few things to note.

1.) Being 3 attack for 3 cost, flesh spider is not the most efficient card to fractal.  As far as death cards, mummy may be a better fractal target although not a great one either.

2.) With only 3 aether pillars, you will have a slow time powering up fractal.

3.) A 'beginner' would likely not have arsenics.

4.) A rush deck by nature does not have shields, only attacking cards.
