That's not at all what he means.

For what it's worth, this deck is less susceptible to Quicksand and Quantum denial in general.

"Less susceptible" implies that Quicksand and Quantum denial are not that great of a concern, thus pends are not seen as vulnerable.

At the moment, I am working with this deck.  With more towerage and 6 mp the deck takes off quite nicely; it has fewer bad draws these type of decks can get from time to time.  Quanta for the heals is never an issue from the mark and cremeation.  Mp make a decent, fast damage force and can be sacked to pull out a dragon or destroyer for more damage.  CC can be an issue, but phoenix do always return.  I may still tweak the destroyer/dragon/sword ratio however it is working pretty well at the moment.

I think the version in the previous post may be the final version so I will update the 1st.  I just got a 4 turn EM with it, so its definately fast and has a good EM rate.  I will have to give the deck a thorough test to see just how fast it is and how high the EM rate is.  The deck may be faster overall than my mono life speed EM deck, but also has bad draws occasionlly that slow it considerably.  Either way, this is a good EM deck for fire fans.

That red/green looks good enough to get even ME to try it . I'm gonna go with a few Phoenixes, probably 2 to start and see how that goes. I'll let you know

hehe, very nice deck. i wonder if it can beat your ultimate speed em deck (you might nedd to rename this deck^^) in the Win Time Study (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11935.0.html).
im actually fooling around with some BoLs in that deck (replaced some phoenix).
i let you know if this is a improvment or just a bad idea .

Yeah, this deck has potential to be faster than my ultimate speed em deck.  That deck could not get a 4 turn EM as this deck can.  I figured if anything could beat it, a cremeation based fire deck could.  Will definately be an interesting test.  I may have to rename the mono life version the penultimate speed em deck, lol.

Yeah, the Speed EM deck is more reliable.  Christmas will have more fast games, but also more slow games.  Even if Christmas loses the fight, it should be the second best EM deck.  This would still make it the second best AI3 deck out there which is no slouch.  More EM decks gives people more variety for farming.

I was thinking about that earlier.  Will be much more difficult to pull off.  Ideally I can come up with a speed EM deck for most elements, but in practice this is very difficult.
