Haven't tested much, but in the trainer I can get a good enough draw to stall the opponent long enough to get the nymphs set up. Of course, if you are lucky enough to have the gravity nymphs, feel free to include them.

Breakdown (so far):

Quanta
12 Gravity Towers - (Assuming you get 1 every turn) 1 :gravity + 2 :gravity + 3 :gravity + 4 :gravity + 5 :gravity + 6 :gravity + 7 :gravity + 8 :gravity + 9 :gravity + 10 :gravity + 11 :gravity + 12 :gravity (+ 12 free  :gravity) = 88 :gravity
6 Water Pendulums - (Assuming you get 1 every turn) 1 :water + 3 :water + 5 :water & 2 :gravity + 4 :gravity + 6 :gravity (+6 free  :water) = 15 :water & 12 :gravity

Peak Output = 18 :gravity & 6 :water

Creatures
2 Massive Dragons
2 Elite Chargers - Attack.
2 Elite Armagio - Damage prevention, minor attack.

Weapons
1 Titan - For that extra bit of damage. Like 8 extra.

Shields
2 Permafrost Shields - Mostly for delay and damage prevention.

Spells
6 Black Holes - Main spell, used for delay tactics and life gain.
2 Purify - Counter poison, HP regeneration.
4 Nymph's Tears - 2nd Main Spell, used to make the Gravity Nymphs.

Deck Notes:
- Designed for fun! Not Serious competition.
- Few times I got screwed on  :water quanta ... but luckily I drew my titan and dragons instead so I just went for the main kill.

Testing:
- Considering -1 Nymph's Tears, +1 Massive Dragon

Edit Notes:
- Removed the dragons in favor of armagios and chargers. Added 2 more Gravity towers. Will update the quanta section soon. Updated.

Feel free to suggest replacement cards, strategies, etc. That's why I am posting this.

First off not a MONO deck, second switch dragons for chargers much better, attack wise and cost wise

I understand your desire to avoid CC with those dragons, but in all honesty, you could replace it with something better.  Armagio or Elite Chargers would probably make for a better make.  (Especially considering the numbers of Black Holes and Nymph's Tears being used will cut down on your remaining :gravity significantly, making it more difficult to bring out a Dragon in many cases).  Nice deck idea though; this takes Black Hole spam to the extreme.

One last thing:  This is misplaced as it is a duo not a mono-deck.

Edit:  It appears I have been ninja'd yet again; cheers TNG.

Ah, sorry for the misplacement. Did not notice the Duo/trio/etc section. When I read the description of the board it said 1 element and other, so my mind tricked me into thinking 2 elements.

Replaced the dragons.

Un-upgraded version seems to work fine.
