Simple Duo deck that focus on stalling/killing creatures. 

Play Devourers first to create an early game stall.  The quanta drained by Devours will be used to play additional Devourers and eventually Vampire Stillettos.  During that time you'll be generating Air Quanta for playing Owl Eyes and utilizing their Sniper ability.  Remember to play Animate Weapon before placing another weapon.

although flying stilletos are good it doesn't seem very good outside of its creature control

no offense but flying itans and flying druid staffs seem better
