The deck has no problems with quanta although the deck may look slow, it utilizes leaf dragons to produce  quanta.  Not only that this deck is based off of a lot of no-skilled creatures such as light and jade dragon, as well as the giant frog.  By using luciferase, not only do you heal, you gain precious  quanta producers.  The "bioluminescence" creatures allow for greater shielding effect, as well as sufficient  quanta to summon light dragons.

You don't see this is a speed deck, it has luci/hope only if stall is needed.
I would change the 2 Light Dragons with another Jade Dragon and a frog.
