This deck is meant to bring out the phoenixes and when you have a couple out, activate Sky Blitz for big damage. If you have any thoughts, I welcome ideas. Tested in PvP1 it works fairly well.

Usually gets a phoenix out by turn three.

Just noticed you have 2 Eagle's eyes and 1 Fahrenheit... you should drop those 2 EE, you already have CC with those bolts, you would reduce the deck's size, have more  :air quanta for Sky blitz, improving the deck all-around

35 cards is my standard. (As a result of countless deck-outs) In addition, I have never had a problem with lack of :air quanta, but more so with lack of :fire quanta. Also, you can never have too much cc.

If afraid of deckout, use 31 cards since most pvp decks are 30. There is a case of too much CC, and it will involve cramped hands and bad draws.

The fact that "Most PvP decks are 30" is what leads to most just adding 1, I have actually encountered more 31 card decks than 30, and as a result have gone higher than that.
Too much cc has never been a problem for me, I always use the Owl's Eye for the little guys and the Fire Bolts for the big ones.
