Ok, i think its been tuned enough to work... hopefully. Also, I'm not trying to steal ideas if its done before 

This was originally going to be a ball lightning/mitosis deck, but im terrible and gave up trying to balance  production -_- while keeping it small enough to get the cards you want. Even this one sometimes struggles and its 30 cards! So, without further ado, the deck that relies fully on Spark|Ball lightning having 0hp!

Help would be appreciated, as sometimes there can be terrible draws when you see the opponent beating you down while you cant do anything never ideal. Just looking at it again i think maybe -1 bonewall +1 soul catcher might help... A well placed gravity shield kills this deck totally (unless you rely on fractal'd BL for damage, i guess) and momentum will totally ignore any carefully crafted bone wall, very annoying . Essentially the goal (in case it wasn't obvious) is to:

1. Play soul catcher(s, ideally) - not starting with any/many will slow it right down...
2. sacrifice BLs. Number depends on how many soul catchers you get out...
3. Play bone wall/condor  (usually wall, for some reason i keep drawing all of them straight away -_- and it helps to have defence set up so you can...) ONLY DO THIS WHEN YOU CAN DO STEP 4!
4. Fractal BLs! the more the merrier, of course. This will build up bonewalls/condors nicely (with the added bonus of 5 damage/bl) and itll also mean you will now have a massive excess of 

Generally after this you can delay to fractal condors and then more BLs (yes, this can happen even though its only 30 cards.)

Ok, thats just one (lucky? who knows) time, but it still shows it can do enough to wipe out 200Hp before i lost. (I did win, i swear!)

*EDIT* I also should point out this was all done in the trainer, and also that i would seriously doubt it would work at all unupped.

maybe adding some poisons and plagues would helps

-consume the excess  quanta
-strengthen the wall
-another source of damage

i tried decks like this in the trainer, and i ended up using dragons instead of condors, fractaling dragons is always fun

I like the idea of plagues/poisons. Could help with the shield-based issues too... Perhaps i could make a variant with flying arsenics?

I also like the dragons (makes me realise how much condor needs a buff i guess, easily outdone in a deck designed for it O_O')
If you cant solve a problem with dragons, you havent used enough yet! XP

I've heard this argument before, but the point of this deck isn't to fractal condors, but to play them asap and let them grow! fractaling dragons is usually overkill unless you need to OTK

either way, I do support trading 1 or 2 condors for dragons

I've made an unupped variation of it, but with dragons. It also uses viruses to create more deaths (since they need to die to use their skill), kill the opponent creatures and also fractal sparks. Fractal can also be used on Dragons if you managed to get enough quanta (since there are only 2), they are a backup in case the Vultures are killed. Pendulums are used since there aren't many Soul Catchers.
