up to 12 creatures means +24 for an eclipse that's basically better than a stiletto but is it better than a steal?

It is clear that it is possible to make this deck better. I just found interresting how good the +4 atk is combined with the vampire ability

True specially considering the defensive bonus. You re-equilibrate the quanta balance also. So yes.

It works nice this way but just to prevent early CC, some cloaks?

I quite like the idea, the damage is coming nice and fast and the healing is capable to hold a rush w/o many problems.
The only need is more quanta, I would reduce the number of both TUs and Vampires and add in more quanta.
