Stall with Pests, and drain them with SoV. Once they're low enough, Holy Flash your Dolls, and win. Cloak for cc and pc protection.

Might I suggest adding 2 Dusk Mantles to stall a bit? Your deck needs more stalling so you won't die before you get the chance to finish your opponent off.

If I remember right, the damage that kills the doll is not dealt to the opponent.

So if you add an eclipse, you can cast 2 Flashes on one doll, which might highly improve your speed. Not to forget that pests and dolls will also deal some extra damage.

And I second EmeraldDagger, Dusk Mantle would help a lot here.

Maybe do
-1 Dolls  + 1 Dusk Mantle
-1 Doll  -1 Pest + 2 Eclipse
(with eclipse you can cast all 6 flashes on 3 dolls so 4 should be enough)

Yeah I tested a Dolls version when I tried getting SoV to work. It was somewhat like this but it didn't work quite well enough due a lack of defense against rushes. This suffers from the exact same problem.

I say that instead of adding a Shield you could add in Sundials.

Definitely enjoyed Gandora's eclipse suggestion.  . It made the deck much faster and more stable.

Does this deck work unupped and if not, which cards are ones that NEED to be upped?

It's going to lose a LOT unupped, for a couple reasons.  The holy flashes won't cost 0 anymore, so you'll need light quanta, either from novas (you lose dark pillars/pends to make room) light pendulums (you lose dark pillars/pends to make room) or switching to dark pillars and light mark. (you lose darkness quanta that the mark made, plus your SoVs take 2hp off instead of 3 now)  The other problem unupped is you cannot use the upped doll + eclipse to get 21hp dolls anymore.  You could make a (barely) playable version unupped, but it wouldn't be very good.
