bogtro 5 - 3 majofa

Lonnnng match :3

Spoiler for Games 1 and 2 (Win/Loss):

First game beat a rainbow deck, as lone dev was a boss and sucked up the 1 time quanta from nova, preventing evolving for several turns. Won pretty comfortably as there wasn't a whole lot of damage on maj's side
Second game was hard counter, maj brought firestall (with eternities?) and killed everything, despite my attempt to hold until steal fire shield+nightfall+dragon combo (to get out of RP range)

Spoiler for Games 3 and 4 (Win/Loss):
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]

Game 3 was pretty close, I fractaled lots of vamps, he deflagged my eclipses (2 of which it turned out were my bottom 2 cards) and RoF'd once. Eclipse at the end doubled my 20 vamp's damage to 80 for exact kill.

Game 4 was actually fairly close for a "counter", but he just added more RoFs and I missed out by one turn (Fractal was last card, any fractal for the 8 turns beforehand would have won)

Spoiler for Games 5 and 6 (Win/Loss):

Easily beat Firestall, easily countered by Eternity Ghostmare. Not much to say here.

Spoiler for Games 7 and 8 (Win/Win):

We desynched against his Ghostmare, I easily won, but apparently he won on his side. I didn't really get how this was possible, but he nearly pulled it off against me in replay with nightmare+draw everything+spam combo. Only a quick damage start stopped him from winning it.

Game 8 was pretty anticlimactic. He brought what I guess was Firestall, but I got insane damage on a near-perfect draw, drawing both Arse's early as well as dragons and poisons, easily outrushing him before he could set up his defense.
Years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash, Bob Hope, and Steve Jobs. Now we have Obama, no hope, no cash, and no jobs.

majofa 6 - mesaprotector 5

That was a long match! So long it had to be spread over two separate days. Another note - I think majofa likes Firestall.

Games 1+2:
Spoiler for Hidden:

Blanks are Psion. Not really sure what majofa played game 1, but it lost. Firestall is an obvious counter to this deck, so much so that I mentioned it to majofa before game 2.

Games 3+4:

Stone Skin deckout - good against Firestall. Against neurotoxin? A... ha... ha.

Counter to CP Dune Scorpions is a counter. Not so much to UGs, although I had a funny screenshot of me almost winning against majofa's AI.

Games 7+8:

Yep, only 6 ups even though I was technically allowed 18. Emerald Shield beats UGs, but my poor draw stopped me from winning Game 8. Although it was fairly close.

Games 9+10:
Spoiler for Hidden:

Game 9, rushed much more quickly than I expected to and won in 7 turns. Game 10, slower draw. I held off on playing mummies because I figured he had wings, and lost. To be fair, he pretty much countered me.

Game 11:

Figured deflags to counter majofa's UGs, airborne creatures for wings, and some healing to deal with non-UG damage. I forgot he would likely have Blue Nymphs, though, and a bad quanta draw made winning near impossible.
Blue Ranger reporting, ready for teamwork and silly songs!

Game 1: He brought dishole, devs held him back a little until I could steal his disco, play a Dusk, and get stuff out. Wasn't particularly close afterwards.
Game 2: He brought a mono-fire, intending to beatdown with dragons+seraphs. Drain Lifes both appeared at perfect times, killing a dragon and a seraph, after which he didn't get enough creatures to kill.
Years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash, Bob Hope, and Steve Jobs. Now we have Obama, no hope, no cash, and no jobs.
