Well, if I use EQ and realize that I lost the game because of that?, there will be difference?

Also that building your card pool around what marks you have is rather dumb and most of the time 1-2 marks will not readily stop EQ.
I realize that most of the time they won't, but most =/= all, and on the rare off chance that a game is won because of 1-2 marks (rare, but definitely a possibility), that win would be unfair to any mark-less players signed up for draft.

Is it a big advantage? No, it's an extremely small one.
Does it have the possibility to - on the off-chance - aid in the win of a match?  Yes.

I've got almost 15000 games played.  (wins+losses)  I have played one game in 15k where marks changed the outcome, and the player had about five of them.

We should be having a tourney before we have to play any matches probably. They're perfectly accessible, you just need luck/skill to get one. If we're going to claim that we should play with accessible cards then lets go rareless too. God forbid 3 new players want to join and they don't have rares and should a rare win a match for someone.

You're just as selfish as I am. You're just not as good at it yet.

But rares are grindable, so it's not the same.  Hypothetically, I could grind as long as it takes to get rare X and I will get it (or at least, excluding alpha level cases, I will get it).  The same can't be said for marks.

If I represent the minority opinion and I'm outvoted, so be it, that's fine.  My goal was just to raise awareness for my point of view.

Of course having a mark might help when facing eq... but the team that will pick eq already knows this and will choose it anyway so I don't see why the ban is needed.  Also getting to play a mark card is cool and so rarely possible.

This explains mostly everything, if they pick EQ they know it can't be used on stacked marks.

Mark cards are by no means unfair advantage. They are obtained as a trophy as players with enough skills win them through tourney/league. Players with mark cards merely means they are skillful players, which they deserve to have that kind of advantage in game.

Well, as they say here in Brazil, "if you said, this spoken",  for me you left the rules more even balanced, (I only have 4 nymphs)
and another is only a game of passing time, we can not take it seriously, no stress.

How many rounds will the draft be? Are we drafting a full 30 cards per team? More? Less?

Changed play order a bit so there are more games before potential elimination.

Opening Round against teams in your side of the draft.

Group Round against all the teams in the draft.

Elimination Tournament with the top 8 teams from Opening and Group rounds.
