What the hell? The rules post hasn't been updated, there was no indication of signups ending this soon (I expected 3 days to 1 week after rules update) and the updated opening post here indicates to people (that may just have waited for the full rules) that they have no time remaining whatsoever. It wont affect me personally that much (though i would have liked to make a tpad/piratepad where we discuss the strategy before we start drafting and since I have an exam overmorrow I didnt feel like doing that yet), but making such a tight deadline before people can even read the final rules summed up in one post seems extreme to me.
(I was actually so shocked/surprised I accidently hit the reply button instead of the page 1 button to check the op for timer)
