If I bid on this:
"14 = (7)+(5)+(2)"
Does it mean:
-  7 upped cards in one deck(regardless of what cards become upped), 5 upped cards in a deck(regardless of what cards become upped), and 2 upped cards in a deck(regardless of what cards are upped). All 7, 5, and 2 could be used in three different decks, two different decks or the same deck.

Also curious if more than 2 cards can be bid on at any point in the draft(not counting tie bids)? i.e. starting round 5, or round 10, etc? Didn't see this in the OP, but I know there was discussion on it.

Forgot to add that.

Starting with the 6th round, it will be 2 cards per round.
Starting with the 10th round, it will be 3 cards per round.

That'll end it at round 12.

Some questions about drafting: Round 1 we start with 100 points. Say we bid 50 points on something, someone else bids higher so now in round 2 we have no cards and 150 points. Round 2 we start with 150 points and bid 100 points on something, again we get outbid and still have no cards but now we have 250 points to spend...

Am I getting the gist of things right of how it works? If so, what happens in the fringe cases that someone somehow manages to get a truly pathetic small pool of cards (bidding 1 card on something someone else outbids you on all the time), or that some team derps and spends all their points (meaning they can no longer bid or lose bids to gain points)? Gaining a single point per round could fix the latter...

If the card you selected has already been drafted, you do not receive a card and the point amount you submitted is added to your total.

After each round a point total equaling [the amount of cards drafted that round] x [the number of teams (10)] is added to everyone's point amount.

So, 50 points for losing the bid for the card and ~90 points from the automatic point increase that everyone gets.

Also, teams will remain anonymous during the bidding phase. That way you won't know who's getting which cards.

Are upgrade packs drafted like cards? (i.e. you can bid on cards or upgrade packs)

all of these upgradepacks are a little different, do bids have to specify which x upgradepackset you want or do you just put the total number of upgrades and see what you get?

Some questions about this popped my mind as I was mentally building decks:

• Some cards need to be selected, but is there an obligation to actually use these cards in that match? For example: I pick Phase Salvager, Cloak and Flooding for match 1, Shield, Fire Spirit and Voodoo Doll for the other, but none of them end up being used (just to fit the requirement).
• Can the cards not selected be used in both matches?

The cards don't have to be used.

Any cards not selected for this can be used in all your team's matches.

As we can send two bids now, are all the bid "1" sorted first then bid "2"? So if someone has salvager for bid 1, and another for bid 2, bid 1 always wins? And if so, if someone fails to win their bid 1, do they get priority in bid 2 or anything?
