That's my point, how can you sign up as a team if it depends on signups?

You can sign up as a team of 2 and if the total number of people gets to 21, you add another person. If you wait till it gets to 21 people, there probably won't be any team spots left. So plan accordingly. (Although I don't see there being less that 21 people)

 - Those upgrade packs can't be used by Odii Odsen anymore in this match.
 - Freeze, Toadfish, Phoenix, and Firebolt have each been used once and can only be used in one more game this match.



Also, what would be a good ratio of upgrade packs?
 - A small number of high amounts (11-16)
 - Quite a few in the middle amounts (6-10)
 - A few of the lower amounts (1-5)

Correct. Once you sign up with a team, no switching though.

Ok, got it. When does drafting stage end? when everyone has run outta points? and as for packs, Middle amounts > high amounts > low amounts.

Can upgrade packs be used every match, but once per match?

There will always be an influx of points in the drafting phase, so it's when the cards run out. There won't be any 'free' cards.

(It's not likely you'll have as many packs as the example gives. The higher amounts might go pretty early.)
