At the end of regulation both Omicron and Xi have 35 points each.  Instead of awarding walkovers to determine the champions (and because the random generator left out all the Omicron/Xi matches) there will be a one round playoff between these two teams to determine the winners.

Fine to me, but:


we have the same points but we played 1 game less than Omicron. And it's not our fault, as 10men wrote we've been online for hours waiting for an opponent or a sub, and nothing happened.

A decision would be more correct to let the final round to finish.

As I wrote in chat, I don't want to win by a walkover, but this way it would be a clear advantage to team Omicron.

Both teams were tied at the end of round 3, both teams won 5 games in the final round.  I know a lot of effort was put into getting those missing games completed and I really, truly appreciate it but I'd rather settle things head to head.

Hmmm... of course I'd rather not, and I think I speak for the whole team. The thing is, in a direct confrontation we're much more likely to get beaten (old results show that), and that's because Omicron Drafted cards are pretty much heavy-built against us (or, we suck at predicting them: you choose). Either way, in a direct confrontation we lost, while we have dominated every other team much more than they did - in fact, so much that we are at a slight advantage even with a disastrous round against Omicron themselves. I don't think a team battle is truly just in our regards.


...plus, I'd rather not have another Draft round as I need secret sections for the Falling Empire event.

I've tried making communication with TStar via the forum, but still no response, so if I may I will declare a walkover.

EDIT 2: According to chat, TStar has been away for most if not all of the final round, leaving no chance to even play him, if that's true it's just not fair

Hm. Well walkovers are obviously lame but letting them not count in the last round only seems not really fair. Especially as Omicron got 3 walkovers in the Event so far whereas Xi only got one...
