Teams Have 8 hours to make their choice.  If 8 hours has passed the next team may take their turn, and the delinquent team may make their choice when they log on.  Any player on the team may post their draft choice.  Cards remaining undrafted will be availalble to all teams.  Pillars and pendulums are unavailable for drafting.  Depending on the pace of drafting, picks may be doubled in the later rounds.

There were many other issues with the team that finished last in the previous season of the Draft than the fact that they took ImmoPhoenix.  We all know what the power cards are, these first couple of rounds is not where the Draft will be won or lost.

If this was the case, it's not even worth playing... just RNG the winner.

The team who finished last in the first Draft was plagued with inactivity, lack of organization, and probably poor leadership. It had little to do with RNG.
