As tereret and dragonsdemesne have requested to drop the event, they are replaced by trashduke and Odii Odsen respectively.

trashduke is given the Allegiance and Support Elements of the late tereret, as it would be unfair to allow him to pick new ones from a point of more information.

Odii Odsen is given the Allegiance and Support Elements he privately messaged to me before the Preparation phase deadline. Although he picked his Allegiance after Preparation had begun, this will be permitted because his choice was made because of affinity to his Element rather than a foreknowledge of the other player's choices.

The pairings have been updated accordingly with the new matchups:
