wrong section

Smithy (where this should be) is for rough draft cards and cards ready to enter the crucible
Presmithy is for card ideas that still have design question that cannot be summed up as "how do I balance this?"
Design Theory is for general design questions like "how would ___ affect the balanced cost of a card?"

Also, how would you use this card?

I think you'd use it to act as a meganova - say your quantum pillars/towers hate you (i've had recent experience with this) in which you get very little of the element you want. this balances it out.

I don't think it's overpowered at all.

I wanted the OP to explain in what circumstance he/she would be willing to spend 10 :rainbow to balance their quanta-10 :rainbow across the 12 elements.

Maybe....an extremely expensive QT-run quartet? :P BTW, I'd make a permanent that does this every turn, or lower the cost by a lot.

Sorry if this was in the wrong section, but I still haven't worked everything out yet so I wanted some ideas as to improvements first. This card would be useful for trio/quartet/rainbow, obviously, especially because of the randomness of quantum towers and sometimes due to the ratio of towers that are drawn. I'm thinking that perhaps a permanent with a cost to activate each turn would be better.

well this card is for the right situation, what if you need 8  :time quanta but you only have 4 :time and 30 :aether and 20+ of every other element, cost wouldnt matter and if you think about it 10 :rainbow is not alot, quantem pillars generate 3 :rainbow per turn, if it was a mono-cost card it would cost around 4quanta
see what i mean?

i run into this situation alot in rainbow decks
