Also, how would you use this card?
I think you'd use it to act as a meganova - say your quantum pillars/towers hate you (i've had recent experience with this) in which you get very little of the element you want. this balances it out.
I don't think it's overpowered at all.
I wanted the OP to explain in what circumstance he/she would be willing to spend 10
to balance their quanta-10
across the 12 elements.
well this card is for the right situation, what if you need 8

per turn, if it was a mono-cost card it would cost around 4quanta
