Omnipresent, like airborne or burrowing, cannot be lobotomized, and even a mutant version of the card has it. the premise is simple- when you or your opponent plays an omnipresent card from you hand, it also appears in the first available spot on the other person's field. if there are no spots available on either field, an omnipresent card cannot be played. Example of a card that is omnipresent-
