Alternatively, I think that cards (perms) that effect the field (more than one explicit target) should be included, especially in its purest form of cards that affect all creatures in every position.
I've noticed recently that there are a lot of card ideas that affect cards based on their position in the field, or are affected by their position in the field. IMO it would be fun to see a previously-unexplored mechanic in the game, and to that end I wanted to put together a list of such cards
