Sacrifice a Pillar/Pendulum/Mark and 1 card (the cast Deconstruction) to gain 3quanta (3 turns of production from the permanent. 1.5 turns if this were replacing a pillar in the deck.)

That is a bit weak. But the concept is sound. Please read the READ THIS in the main Card Ideas and Art section.

Maybe change it from "quanta gaining permanent" to just "creature". I could see that playing a viable role in the game, but not being too overpowered (as this card would probably have to cost 2 or 3.
