Science is stuff based in reality. Things that can be observed, knowledge about those things that can be rationally and logically explained. Lighting is very much so. It exist, it can be explained and reproduced.

Lightnings, mummies and tridents etc are such real things while Pegasuses Anubi and cockatrices are not, they are based in fantasy and mythology.

If we are basing it on the cards as a whole nothing is science. Supernova goes away at once, supernovas doesn't produce particles such as death, time or entropy, neither does black holes absorb such particles.

Deadly poisons and toxins are weasel word. Its all chemical compounds. Its only in relation tho specific biological constructs they are "bad".

Antimatter applied to matter cancels them both out and turns the sum into nothing. Thus the card is turned into mythology since it leaves the target alive and HEALS the target. Also antimatter is a word describing ALL kinds of antimatter. On type of antimatter is antihydrogen.

Etc etc,

If you wanted you could deconstruct EVERYTHING into mythology here. Mitosis works on death etc. There you go, all cards in elements are myth.

And you can deconstruct EVERYTHING mythology into science. It goes either way.
