I posted in the pre-smithy bit an idea for a creature which is better than normal, but not immortal. To find that niche in the game I thought it best that I first looked at all the different things one can do to creatures, to help decide what is best for this creature in terms of balancing it in between normal and immaterial.
(for the sake of thinking of this creature for beginner decks and more advanced, I will write possible effects from rares (element weapons, nymphs etc) separately)

Do people think I should briefly write what the effect does or does everyone know the game well enough?
And now to my idea, passive skill called Resilience (or better name if I/anyone thinks of it). Creature should be effected by only some of these actions to make it between normal and immortal.
quick (and not nec a good) example would be: creature, 2|3 (attack|HP) and has 'resilience' = stats of this creature do not change/can not be changed. How would this look - well, all the damage skills/spells and buffs cannot be used. shields and poisons have no effect. But it can be devoured/targeted/luciferin/Liquid Shadow etc so not immortal (but in some ways better, against fire shield and thorn carapace and in combo with Liquid shadow, for example).
Actually, for the example just given, I'd probably call the passive skill invincibility rather than resilience. And I've also spotted a problem, fractal + this card? lol. As said, was just example really...
