Fist card
1st card:Russian Roulette
Card Type: Permanent
Quanta cost: :rainbow 5 random quanta
Skill cost:  :rainbow 3 random quanta
Abillity: Once played the user can click the card and it has a 50/50% chance to deal 10 damage to the player or the enemy can only be used once per turn
Multiple Russian Roulette cards can be used per turn
The strategy for this card is best used for stall decks that can self heal, or heal with SoG's/Empathic bond .
2nd card:Sacrifical Totem

Card Type:Spell
Quanta cost:   :rainbow 5 random quanta
Abillity: Select a creature on your side to destroy and take -10 damage, the spell then creates Incoming meteor on your opponents side of the field

3rd card:Meteor
Card type:Creature
Stats :0/20
Abillity:After 2 turns passive abillity kaboom activates, it self destructs and deals -10 damage to all adjacent rows and -5 to the rest of the field
Good CC control but takes a bit to use
4th card: Blood Sacrifice
Card Type:Spell
Quanta cost: :rainbow 5 random quanta
Abillity: Deal - 10 damage to summon blood golem

5th card: Blood golem
Stats: x/5 where X is the number of blood golems
Card type: Creature
Abillity: Blood sacrifice
Passive abillity: vampire

The point is if you make enough Blood golems though costly to your hp you can regenerate all the lost hp
6th card: Steady Drip
Card Type: Permanent
Quanta cost:  :rainbow 5 random quanta
Card Ability: Cost 3 rainbow quanta to use :rainbow When this cards ability is used deal -5 damage to self and gives creatures +1 max hp and heals them for 2 hp
Good for counter Otyugh if used soon or if used in a large quantity, an to make weak creatures such as Sparks/Vampires have more max hp to survive attack
7th: Shard of Depletion
Card Type:Permanent
Quanta cost:  :rainbow 3 randm quanta
Card ability: -10 damage to self, -5 max hp to enemy

Overall comments:
Other cards are hard to balance.
Almost no card idea belongs in Other. I mentioned when a card fit other.

1st card:Russian Roulette
I do not have a credible way of measuring the value of this card.

2nd card:Sacrifical Totem & 3rd card:Meteor
Too complicated. It is a mix of Fire Storm and Unstable Gas.

4th card: Blood Sacrifice & 5th card: Blood golem
Actually this is 1 card that has a casting cost of 5 :rainbow -10hp
Excessively complex. (hp casting cost, mitosis, vampire and X attack?) Reduce the complexity.
Vampire is an Innate ability (previously called Automatic Actives) it is not passive. A card can only have 1 Activated or Innate ability.
Would work as Other without the Vampire

6th card: Steady Drip
Complicated
Activation Cost: X :rainbow, Yhp:Your creatures gain +0|+1

7th: Shard of Depletion
Typically favors the enemy. Look at Bloodshadow's Void series for more information of reducing max hp as a strategy.
