I realize why people don't like quantum marks, but what about a Mark Card of Quantum, that could be won from tourneys.
Seems a little unfair that 12 pillars have mark cards, but 1 does not.

A mark card implies a mark. Marks represent elementals. There are no rainbow elementals therefore there are no rainbow marks.
There are no rainbow mark cards because there are no rainbow marks.

Sorry but Void and Rainbow do not have a thematic reason to have a pillar a pendulum AND a mark. Settle for just a pillar and pendulum please.

Fair enough rainbow has already its pillar (quantum pillar) but how could we make a rainbow pendulum? that would work oddly

Having an increased incentive to participate in a tourney is more important than small thematic imperfections.
Most players probably pay more attention to the strategic part of Elements instead of the thematic part.
For example, I see someone with an entropy mark. My first reaction is that they could be using discord, and not that my opponent is a "force that separates and creates random entities at the same time".

An increased incentive can occur with any new rare card. It does not have to be an inappropriate mark IMO. Your argument would hold for a copy of Discord being added to every element. That would increased incentive while ignoring the thematics like Discord using  . A card can be desirous and appropriate. Why settle for less when ETG deserves more?

Yes. Any good new rare card would do. (unless tournaments are meant to only allow from 12 card series) Most recently Mitosis was added. Mitosis would have made a good rare card and a good addition to the tournament choices. However Mitosis was added as a regular card and is a good regular card too. How about Pharaoh, Squid and Miracle? Or if a new card is required: How about Harmonic Pillar? If you insist on a card that fills the same function as a Rainbow Mark then consider Soul Pillar.

Pharoh, Squid, and Miracle would not be viable tournament prizes because they are significantly easier to obtain than nymphs and marks.
New cards such as Harmonic Pillar and Soul Pillar could work, but only if they were exclusive to tournament wins.

Perhaps it is time for another thread in the Game Suggestion section requesting some more rare cards be added also mentioning the tournament rewards?

Yes. So only someone that has a good persuasive argument should post the thread since it would be a suggestion to Zanz.
