It could be quite OP in a stall deck with fractal and this dragon. It would make the dragonbow very popular (the one with dragons from each element, sky blitz, shields and chimera)

Oh, someone actually replied.
I felt this was needed because I saw lots of cards with Other Dragons, so I figured I could write about it.
@Dawn, yeah, it is, but, as I said, wouldn't it just be UP at that point?

not necessarily, it would still have better attack than colossal and stone dragons and would also be better used in fractalbow decks
