My bad with phrasing - what I really meant to say was that Spirit's sacrifices are more spiritual and don't attempt to manipulate the situation to their advantage (Darkness) nor attempt to desecrate the body (Renaimation, Death).
Obviously the effect is worth the cost or it wouldn't be played. That fits your definition of Darkness.
Death is not desecration it is utilizing decay or self inflicted decay to power its effects.

I did not claim the current cards in those series would fit the elements named. I claimed that the series would also fit the elements named if you consider the series as the mechanical series they are.

Example Death Spirit card
Poison both Players and gain N max hp.

I question the inclusion of Acid and Blood into the Mirror element category considering the Meta Elemental structure of ETG and the characteristics of Acid and Blood being far more specific than the current 12 elements. I think it would be fair to say that Mirror Elements do not exist.

A Pseudo element is a theme that is completely encompassed by a single elemental category. This means that the element has to be able to have it's own theme, mechanics, and individual enties without reflecting another element too much.

I consider your definition of a pseudo-element to be incorrect, OldTrees. I intend a pseudo-element to be an entirely different element altogether, with a different quantum icon, a different card border, etc. But due to limitations of the game, I am forced to put my "new element" as belonging to one of the already existing elements, simply because I have no choice in this matter. A pseudo-element is not meant to be a theme; it is meant to be a new element.

Not examples based upon this definition and the definitions of the themes provided:
Divine (so far it is defined just as high alternate costs with short durations)
Divine is intended to be a fusion of all 12 elements, hence its multicolored Mark.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

So am I accurate in saying that you view a pseudo element as an element (how void could qualify as something when it is lack is confusing just as as how could Divinity being everything and yet be only a part is confusing) that due to limitations on the game needed to be incorporated as part of 1 and only 1 already existing element?

PS: your quanta icon was used as a display shortcut for the mechanism right?

Yes.

Also yes. I have two reasons for making the Void mechanic:
- To avoid making a 13th element.
- To make Void unique and different from the other elements.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

So when trying to fit a new elemental idea into the 12+other elements of ETG there are 2 methods. Either one can change it into a multi-category series or one can make is a sub-category. (this is definitional either it is put into 1 or more than 1 element/other)

I classify putting a 13th element inside a single category (like other) makes it a sub category. This is how I though you meant Pseudo Element to be defined: "As a 13th element that due to the limitations of ETG's 12 element system was put completely into a single category rather than into multiple categories." Is this more accurate?

My point about the void quanta was that your series opted to not need a quanta and uses it for ease of understanding. (I am drawing parallels to other Other series like Blood.)
