Agreed.  Light needs something that makes use of all that bloated quanta BESIDES Rustler.
Agreed, rustler makes it a bi-color deck, and doesn't really USE the  :light, just makes it into twice as much  :life.

I was offering my suggestion up as nothing more than helping with the card mechanics.  Personally, I have no issue with it being in life or light, as it seems fitting to both.  I would call it something along the lines of "Healing Spring", or the like if it were in life, though.

Effect: heal 6hp per 10 :life. [Compare Drain Life to Fire Bolt. -1 damage = +2 healing]

Reasons for Life instead of Light
With Rustler and many of the Life quanta generators proposed, Life can have sustained generation of quanta on the level of Fire and Darkness. Light far outstrips the quanta production of F&D making balancing harder.

i get 25-50  :light per miracle, per game. With an UN-UPPED deck.

That's 10-35 unused  :light EVERY 3-4 turns

LIGHT NYMPHS TAKE NO  :light TO PLAY ITS ABILITY.

name 2-3 light creatures with a useful ability that takes  :light to use

No offense Oldtrees, but I think you're missing the point.  The newbie is trying to create something that makes Mono-Light decent.  Most of the stuff Light has needs some other element to work.

What I am saying is that you are trying to make a card that lets Light work by itself rather than rely on another element.

i happen to be a nymphotologist ;)
but to the point, a bolt would suite life more but i do agree light needs some help in the world of mono,  *ponders*
ok this is completly off topic but why not make an anti rage elixer -6|+6 could help
i now think that the bolt should go to light just for the sake of mono and fear of a mass revolt against me (cant you take a joke?)
i do think that if used on creature we have guardian angel and holy flash,
if used on self, we still have miracle and hly flash, i dont really see what the point of another healing card is, so i change my vote tto life, it has no creature healing atm
