New water monster

I had this idea about a water type monster that has a big mouth, needs about 10 water quantum to be summoned, has 2/3 on stats, and its ability is schockwave which needs 3 air quanta to use , the ubgraded version needs 12 water quantum, has 4/6 on stats, and needs only 2 air quantum to use schockwave.

I dont know if this is a good idea or not, but post and tell me what you think.
