The problem is that judges, whoever they are, needs time to judge, this will make the difference between a 4/5 or a 3.75/5.. this will also make the difference in who'll be the 1st or 2nd...

We could come up a gem of an idea or 2, maybe more.

But the thing is, how many ideas do you need to get those?

What you do with the resulting ideas you make there is up to you, since you made it. If you think it's a good idea and want to post it, go ahead. If you don't, that's fine.

Most ideas that come from this game will be low quality and need to be looked at a bit more closely if you want to make them serious ideas. This game's focus is fun (and practice for more 'serious' designers).

Then i'd like to say that also the score method need to be changed is this may go semi-official or so, AKA we need impartial judges.

Same here.  I'd like to actually represent my two staff positions rather than idle now that I'm back in session.
I am planning on making a forum game and/or competition based on this game.

Having either judges or a forum poll would be appropriate in terms of rating ideas on a more competitive scale.  I am willing to judge higher level events based on this game if I am available. However I need to see more people willing to host this game besides me (every game that has occurred so far has involved me hosting for part of all of the round.)

Spoiler for My responses:
Brawler has its skill priced at 2 :underworld. However it is a repeated Firestorm+ (Even more with Blessing)
I see problems with the magnitude of the effect since it is so strong a CC effect (Essentially denying creature survival)

Horn is too effective at generating Dragons for its current cost. Try rebalancing it with the Dragon exploit in mind.
As the author noted, the effect of generating a creature is not thematically linked to Minotaurs. It seems like a wizard decided to add an unrelated effect to the horn taken from a Minotaur.

Feroxtaurus' ability's chance is not specified. I assumed 50% chance. At 50% chance the ability is worse than the normal attack unless combined with a shield like Dimensional Shield, Bone Wall, Dusk, Fog or Dissipation.
The name does not seem to refer to Minotaurs beyond the word taurus for bull.

So
