First of all, the idea should be posted on this board:

Now we have that out of the way, the card is... Kinda weak, actually.
The reason for this is because, at least to my understanding, damaging cards (like thunderstorm and rain of fire) usually aren't that played, and you rarely see poison from parasite/plague, if ever. So the full heal effect isn't too useful in that regard.
The really interesting effect is buffing the maximum HP of everything, but a plate/heavy armour on all creatures would cost about 6/7, not 12, and the full heal doesn't justify raising it to 12 in most cases.
Post the card on

Bonus points for making a life card that actually works as a life card. That's... A lot harder than it sounds.
