1) The is a table/format for card ideas that is in the Read Me thread
2) You posted in design theory. The smithy is where the card ideas go

3) Melt|Melt may not be worth the quanta due to how situational the ability is.
4) Fire Breather|Fire Breather should probably cost 3|2 :fire
