I suck at drawling so heres an idea for artists.

Magnetism 4 Gravity Quanta - 2 Gravity Quanta Upped
Card Effect: Enemy card effects that target creatures must now target this creature.

It would have a similar sticky effect such as momentum and ephedrine so it may be stacked with such effects, but can be removed by lobotomize however in that scenario lobotomize must target a Magnetized creature before any other creature on the field.

In addition,  quintessence will remove Magnetism for sole reason of game balance.

Should two creatures have magnetism on the same side of the field, The last creature to recieve magnetism gains the effect while the first has it removed.

Cards such as Rain of Fire, Thunderstorm and Pandemonium resolve as normal because they do not target.

Should a creature with magnetism that has higher heath points thant attack. Paradox's effect cant resolve so it cant be activated on anyother creature.

Personally i think its a perfect idea that fits with the elements style of science.

This idea as a creature ability has already been done

. Applied to permanents, it has been suggested sometimes with the same/very similar name Magnetism | Magnetism, Magnet | Lodestone.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.

im sorry man but i dont think itll work because there too many exception complications which would alot of new bugs in the game but if the game makers are up to it they could probably find a way to make that card.
