Much needed dragon card!

This is a card ive been working on and getting ideas on this is what i have come up with after much thinking and changing the card. I feel like this is a much needed card in elements so i decided to make it. all comments and suggestions welcome.

The problem with it is that it enforces 'elemental love', the opposite of 'elemental hate'. Your card forces people to use 1 exact element ( in this case), which is a no-go way imo.

Actually, the fact that this also has immortal would give it occasional reason to be used in decks that cannot produce life quanta.  (also, elemental love/hate isn't actually a problem, it improves the game if done right, but some on this board seem to think it is)

personally i think life is much less viable than other colors because the cards are less powerfull. if you want to talk about giving hate/like to other collors, look at how much more time is played than most other colors. green needs a major boost and this card might pull it off.

and this card can eisily fill the currently blank spots for green in rainbow decks

I feel like this could be overpowered when played with fractal or mitosis. But it's difficult to evaluate...

We're paying 5 and two turns to get a dragon.
... Two turns is enough to get a dragon of your own out. Compare to shriekers.

I don't regard it as being "much needed"; next time please use the proper format for applying cards.
As for the card, why not just make a higher cost from  (I have nothing against the life cost, imo)?
