Exactly what it says.  Can I run a remake through this Card suggestion system?  Is there a forum specifically for remaking cards?

Yes, you can post the remake in the general CI&A section (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,6.0.html) as long as you follow the same posting rules for normal cards. Be sure to link the original idea in your post.

ET is right. It's probably best not to submit a remake just yet; we may be imposing stricter rules on them shortly.

Remake of what? A card in game or a card suggestion in the forum?

Alterations to cards that exist in game should be suggested in the card's buff/nerf thread as appropriate. Typically only modifications and not remakes are liked and only when the card deserves the buff/nerf.

In general you should be very careful about making remakes of previous card suggestions. Failed card suggestions should not be repeated. We should learn and improve.
