Really? In the upped world, one card is about 1 quanta: look at precog, sob, hourglass and sose. Immaterial for one turn is 1 quanta, from seraph. Thus a cost of 2 upped and probably 3 not

Sofr fails against firestorm  :P
In the upped world each card is worth as much as an unupped card + the value of the upgrade (1-2).

4 SoFrs fail against Firestorm? I thought the evasion stacked.
Evasion does stack. 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 = 100% Evasion.

I like this idea, it would be cool for death and aether to have some eternal creatures, an eternal earthquake type thing for earth, etc, etc, etc.

Sacrifice in exchange for extra draw is the main theme. Could also be limited to just permanents or just creatures.
Not sure on how many extra draws should be given. I'm thinking 1 or 2 though.

IMO the discard effect makes no sense. draw 2 cards if discarded? how? theres only 1 space. and isnt that irrelevent, except as maybe slightly strong vs nightmare?

it seems like you just put 6 of this in a 60 card deck with tons of towers. every turn you draw to max bbecause of all the towers you sac. im not saying its increddibly OP, but i am saying i think it might be more interestingwith a negative discard effect.

The discard effect should probably be negative to discourage Eternal only rainbow decks.

Im actually considering a few discard based effects and hand size alterations based as a small set.

Consider this Spell

White Elephant

:darkness
put this card in your opponents hand, if discarded take damage equal to the number of cards in your hand (7)

by itself, not so much, but it prevents drawing if they had 7 cards, if they discard it, they lose HP, so they want to give it back, but if they dont have Darkness, its a trap.

well, it kinda is, but you would never use it that way since it goes to the other person's hand. I only posted as an example of hand size effects and in response to the discard effect topic. It does need its own thread though.

Eternal spell: Into the Future
3 :time- sends target card in your hand into your deck.
Basically, an Eternal spell that allows you to 'cycle' cards that are currently clogging your hand into the deck.
Possibly OP for how hard it counters GOTP use, or UP for how situational it is, but an idea I like.
