On the Eldritch Lords; a group of powerful Elementals who roamed the planed of existence. Each held a might to be reckoned with and none could stand before them, even the False Gods grew timid in their wake. Now, they have been unleashed by the power of the shards.

I'm actually planning on creating these huge monsters known as 'Olympians'. They are extremely powerful and so require a specific edifice to be played before they could be summoned. They're not bad, but make sure to modify it so it becomes more practical.

It's OK if you're ideas clash. Don't make him/her change his/hers just because you're doing something similar (if you meant something different, I'm sorry).

I feel like the Time Lord lends itself to SoR. Free Deja Vus, and 2 in one turn sounds a little OP. Also, for some of these, the casting cost of the lord (18 :rainbow) is quite a ton for what they do.

1) There is a practical limit to casting costs. (should be playable before owner is killed)
2) There is a practical limit to activation costs. (anything beyond 4 is SoR material or a permanent)
3) Reuse of existing mechanics is ok but if that is all you are doing then it is not very creative.
4) Drawlock (aka prevent the opponent from drawing) is one of the most disliked forms of denial. Permanent drawlock (Nightmare per turn) is a problem.
5) People overuse Immaterial

Consider the following creatures:
Dragon of Element X
Nymph of Element X
Shard Golem from SoI+6x Shard of Element X (include the 7 SoI Shard Golem for your comparisions)
