We have seen various effects that are part of an element, and sometimes these are found in other elements (typically through creature abilities).

What effects could be found in other elements, and how?

Paradox - "Kill the target creature if its attack is higher than its defense"
I always thought this was something that could find its way into Time at some point or another.  This probably would be a decent spell, and would actually give Time something lethal in regards to control.  How to work this with RT already in place would be tough, but likely manageable.

Feel free to add/suggest ideas.
Rule #1: The Captain is never wrong.  Rule #2: If the Captain is wrong, refer to Rule #1.

Gravity Shield is based on defense so Time, Gravity's opposite, would probably be based on attack. Probably the inverse of Entropy: "Kill the target creature if its defense is higher than its attack." If not kill, than some other effect. Delay's already Time's area of expertise, perhaps that.

I've always thought that a Delay for permanents would fit nicely in Life. Fill some holes, wrapping vines is thematic. I think I've made a card of that before. I'll find it in the morning.

Is it? I've always thought Time and Gravity were opposite. Some concept from a fantasy novel about stronger gravity slowing down time, maybe, if it's not true.

Back on topic, Dry Spell/Desiccation would work well in Time if the damage was changed to a delay.
Specifically: "Delay every creature on the field by one turn. Gain  :time for each creature delayed."

There are very few effects that couldn't be altered into a different element, yet alone a lot of elements.

Taking Dryspell as an example:

:entropy
Deal 10 damage divided among all creatures. Gain :entropy for each creature damaged this way.

:death
Deal 2 damage to all creatures. Gain :death for every creature killed this way.

:gravity
Each creature loses 1 ATK. Gain :gravity for every creature affected by this.

:earth
?
:life
?

:fire
Wildfire
Deal 1 damage to every creature in play. Gain :fire for every creature damaged this way.

:water
Lemons

:light
Generate :light :light for every creature in play.

:air
?

:time
Artimies becomes king of the world for 3 seconds.

:darkness
Deal 1 damage to every creature in play. Gain 2 HP for every creature damaged this way.

:aether
?

So... Every effect can be cross-element, kinda.

Darkness would be deal two damage to every creature. Gain 1 HP for every creature affected by this. (Difference: the 2 and 1 are swapped, and they don't have to be killed, just affected like dryspell.)

Interesting ideas for Mass CC for all elements, though it is debatable if that is a good or bad design.  On a more specific note, I feel that Pandemonium is Entropy's Mass CC.  Not as straightforward as a constant damage to all, but definitely fitting.
