In most respects, it is treated like
, so it would be random. The only difference is that in order to cast it, all the quanta needed must reside in a single element pool whereas
could draw from multiple pools.
E.g. You would not be able to cast it unless at least one of your quanta pools had 10 quanta. If more than one pool has 10 quanta, one of them is chosen at random.
So in a sense, the dragon you get out of this card will be "randomly picked" but you have some control based on what pools have enough available quanta at the time. (eg in a mono or duo, you would only see one of the 2 types your deck produces... in a rainbow it could be anything)
